Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Flip The Switch collects, why, how it is used, and the rights you have over it. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is QTPi BV, Terwouwenstraat 80, B-3800 Sint-Truiden, Belgium, operating as Flip The Switch. For any privacy question or request, contact us at roy@fliptheswit.ch.

2. What we collect

• When you request a free session or other free content: your email address, your first name if you choose to give it, and a record of your consent (the date, time, and IP address from which you submitted the form). The IP address is kept solely as proof of consent.
• If you make a purchase: your order and billing details are collected and processed by our checkout provider, Digistore24, which acts as the seller of record. We receive confirmation of your purchase and the associated email address.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our host records standard server information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To send you the free session and future free content you asked for — on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 7).
• To process and fulfil purchases — on the basis of performing our contract with you.
• To keep the service secure and working — on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and maintaining reliability.
• To meet legal obligations — for example, retaining invoices for the period required by Belgian law.

4. Who processes your data on our behalf

We use a small number of carefully chosen providers, each acting as our processor under a data-processing agreement:

• GetResponse — our email and automation provider, which stores your contact details and sends our emails.
• Digistore24 — our checkout and payment provider, which handles purchases as seller of record.
• Cloudflare — our hosting and form-processing provider, which serves our pages and securely passes your form submission to GetResponse.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it promptly, except where we are legally required to keep certain records — for example, purchase and invoice records, which Belgian law requires us to retain (currently for up to seven years).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place. To exercise any of these rights, email roy@fliptheswit.ch, or simply use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian supervisory authority: the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be.

8. Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking of any kind. The fonts on this site are served from our own servers rather than a third party. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the site to function.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
